• Fittings & Accessories: Such as basin mixers, bath spouts, wastes, and dressing rings.
• Toilets: Including modern back-to-wall toilets.

We strive to display product colours, finishes, and dimensions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing batches, or material nature. Product specifications are provided for guidance, but final installation suitability is the customer’s responsibility.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation email. We process orders within 1-2 business days.

4.2 Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, even after an order is placed. If an error is found, we will notify you and offer the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel the order.

4.4 Shipping and Delivery

We ship globally, excluding Asia and select remote areas. By placing an order, you confirm your shipping address is within our service area.

• Standard Shipping (AUD $12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: For orders over AUD $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates. You will receive tracking information upon dispatch. The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the provided address.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our commitment to your satisfaction is detailed in our comprehensive Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these terms. Key points include:

• You have 15 calendar days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange request, subject to eligibility criteria.
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories.
• Non-returnable items include basin/bath wastes, basin mixers (if seal broken), custom items, and clearance sale products.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after return approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
