We specialise in a range of meticulously sized vanities to suit various bathroom layouts. Our collection includes 600mm, 750mm, 900mm, 1050mm, and 1200mm vanities, along with beveled edge wall-hung options. Each is designed with the precision and quality that defines HERA BATHWARE.
Do your back-to-wall bathtubs come with integrated storage or panels?
Our back-to-wall bathtubs are designed as premium standalone pieces, crafted for seamless integration into your bathroom design. For a complete look, we recommend pairing them with complementary bathroom vanities and accessories from our curated collection.
Are basin mixers and wastes included with the basins?
Basins, mixers, and wastes are typically sold as separate items to give you complete design flexibility. This allows you to select the perfect combination that matches your style and functional needs. Please check individual product descriptions for any bundle offers.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Delivery & Shipping

Where do you ship from, and where do you deliver?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Wivenhoe Hill, QLD (91 Boonah Qld, 4311). We are proud to ship our premium bathroomware globally. However, we are currently unable to deliver to some remote regions and parts of Asia. Availability for your specific location will be confirmed automatically during checkout.
What are my shipping options and costs?

We offer two reliable shipping methods:

1. Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch. Flat rate of $12.95 AUD. Ideal for renovators and builders balancing speed and cost.

2. Free Shipping: Via EMS. Delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch. FREE on all orders over $50 AUD. Perfect for DIY enthusiasts and homeowners planning their project.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and packing. After dispatch, delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method (see above). You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is on its way, allowing you to monitor its journey in real-time.
What should I do when my order arrives?
Please inspect your items promptly upon delivery. Ensure all components for your vanity, basin, or bathtub are present and in perfect condition. If anything is not as expected, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
We offer a straightforward 15-day returns policy from the date you receive your delivery. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item(s) in their original, unused condition with all packaging. Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs. For returns due to our error or faulty items, we will cover the return shipping costs. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. This typically takes 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
